Please read these terms carefully before enrolling your child in any HALO Austin program.
By enrolling your child, you grant HALO Austin and its authorized staff permission to transport your child from their enrolled partner school to the HALO Austin facility located at 9501 Manchaca Rd, Austin, TX 78748.
Transportation is provided Monday through Friday following school dismissal. HALO Austin staff will pick up your child from the school's designated pickup area. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure their child's school is notified of this arrangement and that the child is listed on the school's approved early release/pickup roster.
HALO Austin will make every reasonable effort to ensure the safe and timely transport of your child. In the event of a delay or issue, a HALO Austin staff member will contact the parent/guardian using the contact information provided at enrollment.
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel enrollment in any HALO Austin program. Notice must be submitted in writing via email to haloaustin@haloaustin.com or delivered in person to HALO Austin staff.
The 30-day notice period begins on the date the written notice is received by HALO Austin. Enrollment fees and monthly tuition will continue to be due during the 30-day notice period regardless of attendance.
HALO Austin reserves the right to cancel enrollment at any time if a child's behavior poses a safety risk to themselves or others, or if the terms of this agreement are violated. In such cases, no refund of the registration fee will be issued.
The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Monthly tuition payments are non-refundable once paid. Families who withdraw within the 30-day notice period remain responsible for tuition through the end of that period.
In the event HALO Austin cancels a program or session due to circumstances within its control, a prorated credit or refund will be issued for the affected days.
By enrolling your child, you grant HALO Austin permission to photograph and/or record video of your child during program activities. HALO Austin reserves the right to use these images and videos for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
No personally identifying information (such as full name or school) will be published alongside any image or video without your explicit consent. If you do not wish your child to be photographed or recorded, you must notify HALO Austin in writing at the time of enrollment.
Participation in HALO Austin programs involves physical activity including sports, games, and movement-based activities. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept that there is an inherent risk of injury associated with physical activity.
You agree that HALO Austin, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in HALO Austin programs, provided that such injury or loss did not result from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of HALO Austin staff.
You represent that your child is in good health and is physically able to participate in the program activities. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to inform HALO Austin of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your child's participation.
HALO Austin is committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all children and staff. All enrolled children and their families are expected to uphold the HALO Honor Code: Do Right · Be Positive · Seek Wisdom · Take Action · Never Quit.
The following behaviors may result in immediate suspension or permanent dismissal from the program without refund:
HALO Austin staff will make every effort to address behavioral concerns with the parent/guardian before taking disciplinary action. However, HALO Austin reserves the right to take immediate action when the safety of any child or staff member is at risk.
